If payment has already been received for a properly cancelled order, any amount due back to you will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund procedure.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Discounts
Wellpro.pk may offer: promotional discounts, coupon codes, limited-time offers, sale pricing, free-delivery promotions, or other special offers.
Such offers may be subject to: expiry dates, minimum spending requirements, product exclusions, category restrictions, customer restrictions, usage limits, or additional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple promotions or discount codes may not necessarily be combined.
We reserve the right to correct or withdraw a promotion where there is a genuine technical, pricing, configuration, or publishing error, subject to applicable law.
10. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through Wellpro.pk, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.
An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
We may review or verify an order before processing it.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including: product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, inability to verify information, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitations, legal restrictions, repeated misuse of COD, obvious technical errors, or suspected abuse of the website.

11. Order Confirmation
Once an order has been accepted for processing, Wellpro.pk may provide confirmation through one or more available channels, such as: website confirmation, email, SMS, telephone, or WhatsApp.

12. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Wellpro.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and destinations. COD was part of the established WooCommerce configuration for the project.
Other payment methods may be added, removed, enabled, or disabled as the website develops.
You are responsible for ensuring that: billing information is correct, payment information is valid, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and sufficient funds are available where applicable.
Never send sensitive payment credentials through an unofficial Wellpro.pk communication channel.
13. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available and selected, payment must be made according to the instructions provided for the delivery.
We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse COD for legitimate fraud-prevention or operational reasons.
Repeated actions such as: deliberately placing false orders, refusing confirmed COD deliveries without reasonable cause, repeatedly providing false addresses, or deliberately abusing the ordering system may result in restrictions on future orders where reasonably necessary.
14. Shipping Within Pakistan
Wellpro.pk currently provides shipping to supported destinations within Pakistan.
The current shipping charges are:
Standard Delivery: For a post-discount order subtotal below PKR 9,999, Shipping Fee is PKR 300.
Free Delivery: For a post-discount order subtotal of PKR 9,999 or more, Shipping Fee is FREE.
The qualifying subtotal is calculated after applicable discounts and promotional deductions have been applied.
International Shipping: Shipping to destinations outside Pakistan is currently unavailable unless Wellpro.pk expressly introduces an international delivery option in the future.
The final shipping method and applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout will apply to the order.
15. Free-Delivery Qualification
The free-delivery threshold is based on the post-discount product subtotal.
For example: If the original cart value is PKR 10,500 and a discount reduces the qualifying subtotal to PKR 9,700, then the order does not qualify for free delivery and the applicable PKR 300 Standard Delivery charge will apply. If the post-discount qualifying subtotal remains PKR 9,999 or more, then free delivery applies.
This rule helps ensure that the free-shipping threshold is calculated consistently after discounts.
16. Delivery Availability
Delivery availability may depend on: destination, courier serviceability, remote-area availability, weather, public holidays, security conditions, courier interruptions, operational circumstances, or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
Wellpro.pk does not guarantee that every address within Pakistan can always be served by every courier.
If a destination cannot reasonably be serviced, we may contact you to discuss the available options.
17. Delivery Times
Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated by Wellpro.pk should be treated as an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including: courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, high order volumes, remote destinations, road or transport disruption, security conditions, incomplete addresses, incorrect contact details, inability to contact the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, mobile number, city, postal address, area/locality, and any useful delivery instructions.
Wellpro.pk is not responsible for delays caused primarily by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
18. Receiving & Inspecting Your Order
Customers should inspect delivered parcels as soon as reasonably possible.
If you receive an item that appears to be: incorrect, materially damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Wellpro.pk promptly.
We may request: your order number, photographs of the parcel, photographs of the product, packaging or label images, or other reasonable evidence necessary to investigate the issue.
Where you intend to make a return or complaint, avoid unnecessarily using, consuming, discarding, or altering the product before the issue has been assessed.
19. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the separate Wellpro.pk Returns & Refunds Policy, together with applicable law.
Certain health, wellness, cosmetic, hygiene, intimate-care, personal-care, consumable, or sealed products may be subject to reasonable return restrictions after they have been: opened, used, consumed, unsealed, tampered with, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.
This does not prevent a customer from raising a legitimate issue involving an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise qualifying product where applicable.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact Wellpro.pk as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not reached a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
If the parcel has already been processed for dispatch, handed to a courier, or dispatched, the request may need to be handled under the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
21. Refused & Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because of: an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer refusal, incomplete delivery details, or another customer-related reason, we may contact the customer regarding redelivery or cancellation.
Any redelivery charges or restrictions must be handled reasonably and in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
Deliberate abuse of COD or repeated false ordering may result in restrictions on future orders.
22. Customer Accounts
Wellpro.pk may allow users to create customer accounts.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, using a secure password, maintaining accurate account details, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not: impersonate another person, access another person’s account without authorization, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to interfere with other customers’ accounts.
23. Reviews & Customer Content
Where Wellpro.pk allows customers to submit reviews, comments, questions, or other content, submissions must be: genuine, relevant, lawful, respectful, and based on a genuine experience where represented as such.
You must not submit: fabricated reviews, fake ratings, spam, abusive or threatening material, defamatory content, illegal content, misleading medical claims, impersonation, malware, advertising unrelated products, confidential information belonging to others, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Wellpro.pk may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary. The project policy specifically requires customer reviews to be genuine rather than fabricated.
